The term "Conversation Piece", used to categorize a painting genre depicting the social activities of the 18th century, evokes an aural dimension in a period where no audio-visual construct outside live theatre was in existence. The combination of mobile audio technologies and nostalgic visual effects that suggest absence—such as blue screen compositing—are used in place of painting in this video series. Featuring Rebecca Lee REEVES and Benedict HARDIE
